Method of use:
● Direct addition：Pour defoamer into the system according to the specified amount.
● Continuous addition：Use dosing pump to add defoaming agent to the system at fixed point and quantity.
Packaging：
25 kg, 50kg, 120 kg, 200 kg plastic barrel or ton barrels packaging.
● Storage：The storage period is half a year. This product is suitable for storage at room temperature, not near the heat source or exposed to the sun when not in use, the container shall be sealed to avoid harmful bacteria pollution.Slight delamination will not degrade product performance.
● Transport：Sealing requirement,And avoid prolonged sun exposure.
Shelf life: 6 monthes
Generally, fabrics need sizing during weaving and finishing. According to different fiber varieties, the sizing paste mainly includes starch, carboxymethyl cellulose, methyl cellulose polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl acetate, acrylate and sodium alginate. These high-molecular substances easily generate foam in the slurry, affect the penetration, and make the sizing uneven. In particular, the synthetic chemical acrylate slurry for chemical fiber and silk contains an emulsifier and is easy to foam.
Textile sizing requires a defoaming agent with fast defoaming speed, stable chemical properties, and good alkali resistance. We recommend AFC-7630. The specific usage varies according to the production system, please consult us.
