It is supplied for powder coating process for steel plate/sheet. After coating, the steel sheet surface is smooth, no spot, or air hole, thickness of paint is above 60μm. Anti- corrosion test is above 240hours.

Powder coating chamber adopts chain conveyor type, easy for handle the steel plate and save space.

  • Steel cleaning (first step );
  • Steel re-cleaning (2nd step);
  • Blowing water at surface of the steel sheet (first step);
  • Drying of the steel sheet;
  • Powder coating;
  • Manually touch up;
  • Curing oven heating
  • Naturally cool down;
