GXYZ model A series High (low) pressure thin oil station
 working condition
 This product is suitable for all kinds of industrial lubricating oil whose working medium is N22 ~ N320 (equivalent to ISO VG22 ~ VG320) in dilute oil circulation lubrication system of large equipment such as mills, rolling mills and motors equipped with hydrodynamic bearings.
 According to the working principle of hydrostatic pressure lubrication, high pressure system is used at start-up, low speed and parking, and low pressure system is used in normal operation, to ensure reliable lubrication of large machinery under various rotation speeds so as to prolong the life of the host machine.
 The high pressure of the thin oil station is 31.5MPa, the flow rate is 2.5L / min, the low pressure is 0.4MPa, the flow rate is 16 ~ 125L / min, the thin oil station has the devices of filtering, cooling and heating, interlocking, Automatic control and other functions.
 The product performance parameters and dimensions should be consistent with the provisions of the table and the figure; device by the petrol station, dashboard, electric control cabinet (available PLC control) complete set.
 

Model description

structural features  
 This product is mainly composed of a fuel tank (with a magnetic mesh filter), low-pressure pump device, high-pressure pump device, binocular mesh filter, manual high-pressure pump, cooler, pipes, valves, dashboards and electrical control cabinet
 Before the host starts, first start the low pressure pump, when the low pressure oil supply pressure is normal, start the high pressure oil pump connected to the low pressure pipeline, the high pressure oil is sent to the hydrostatic bearing through the high pressure check valve. When the high pressure reaches a certain value, The host can start, low-speed operation or stop; host speed is normal, you can stop the high-pressure pump (except for low speed operation), but the low-pressure pump must be normal oiling; After the low pressure oil pump is sucked from the oil tank through the one-way valve, the double-tube net type filter and the cooler also go to the static pressure bearing to maintain the normal supply of the main engine; If the main engine is stopped, the pump and low pressure pump will be used to supply the oil, and the time relay will control the intermittent oil supply to the lubrication point.
 The specific values of high pressure and low pressure are respectively controlled by the low pressure safety valve and the high pressure relief valve in the system.
 When the host is in normal operation, a low-pressure pump is working and a spare is used. When the system pressure drops to a certain value, the standby pump is started and put into operation, and the standby pump is stopped when the normal pressure is reached. If the backup pump starts pressure drops to a lower value, it should send an alarm signal, consider the host parking. 
 When the high pressure plunger pump has failured, it can be supplied by the spare manual oil pump。
 The filter is placed in front of the cooler, so that the less viscosity oil is passed through the filter first, so as to improve the filtering effect. The filter is operated in one cylinder, other one cylinder is in spare, which is controlled by the manual switching valve.
 When the oil level of the tank is too low or too high, the signal will be sent out by the oil level signal, then refueling or stop refueling by manual.
 The oil recovery tank is equipped with a magnetic net filter, which can simultaneously filter and adsorb the iron particles in the oil.
 The complete set of rare oil station is equipped with instrument and electric cabinet to display running parameters and realize functions of control, manual control or alarm of the thin oil station.
 The fuel tank is equipped with electric contact bimetallic thermometer, when the oil temperature is low, the electric heater is switched on manually and the electric heater is automatically cut off when the set temperature is reached.
 The oil supply outlet is equipped with an electric contact pressure type thermometer, which can be used to control the use of the cooler according to the oil supply temperature.。
