Introduction of system

From the position of the reversing valve ”1a”, the lubricant output① is supplied by one of the two oil supply heads, and the other is open to the oil storage device.

Two-line distributor ② all the action is completed, a sharp increasing in oil pressure. Whether the system oiling work has been completed is judged by whether the available oil pressure reaches the pre-confirmed value

When the system is again running to the oil, the reversing valve ”1a” is in the opposite position, and the oil supply line presses and opens the switch.


Characteristics:

The system is simple and the cost of equipment is low.

It is suitable for occasions with long oil interval and few lubrication points.。

It can also be combined with other systems to lubricate some special parts.。


 




Electric terminal system

Introduction of system

The time relay in the electronic control cabinet ⑤ enables the system to automatically operate according to the set interval for feeding oil. According to "the time for extending the oil supply" indicates the abnormal working of the oil supply, there are also alarm signal such as "Empty oil storage tank", "Over load operation". Command time relay according to the system once the actual time required for oil plus 2 to 5 minutes to adjust. 

The end of the main pipe is provided with pressure control valve or pressure switch valve or two pressure switch valve ④, when the end pressure reaches the set value, send a signal to the control cabinet, reversing valve commutation, Lubrication pump ① stop the system to work once the oil is completed. After a set time interval, the system will work again and supply oil from the other main pipe.

The design of the system is usually less than 5 minutes (up to 8 minutes), and the standard setting pressure of the differential pressure switch / pressure control valve is about 5MPa.

The pressure difference switch / pressure control valve is located at the end of the oil supply pipe at the maximum pressure loss. It is suggested that a distributor should be arranged later (see the double point line below) to facilitate the renewal of the oil at the end.

For small and medium-sized systems, for the convenience of electrical wiring, front-end pressure controller can be used to reverse, that is to install a pressure controller in parallel on the outlet pipe of the reversing valve two, and there is no need to install pressure difference switch / pressure control valve at the end.


Characteristics:

Plumbing costs are lower.

The end pressure is used as the control parameter that the system is given to the oil work. It is easy to design.

It is suitable for a wide distribution of lubrication points.

 Electric secondary distribution system.

Introduction of the system

The basic action is the same as the aforementioned electric terminal system. The secondary distribution is from the outlet of the double distributor ② to the secondary feed pipe to the progressive distributor③. The oil outlet of the dual distributor can be supplied to 4~8 lubricating points.

In the case of a long pipe between the distributors② and③ , the pressure control valve ⑥ is used to ensure adequate operation of the distributor③,so that the main pipe pressure is increased. The pressure control valve is installed on the main pipe within 1 meter from the pressure switch / pressure control valve ⑤

The pressure switch / pressure control valve is arranged behind and then a double-line distributor (see the two-point wire frame below). Do not connect the distributor to the distributor for secondary distribution. Differential pressure switch / pressure control valve is generally installed at the maximum pressure loss at the end of the fuel manager

Electric ring system can also be arranged secondary distribution, pressure control valve installed in the return valve from the hydraulic port within 1 meter of the head.

Characteristics:

Suitable for many lubrication points, same amount of oil, concentrated distribution occasions.

The situation where the application of space is small and difficult to confirm the action of the distributor

Long supply lines can be used in combination with pressure control valves.
